Q: How do I Whtelist a trusted Email Address?

Log on to your domain at:

http://webmail.[YOUR DOMAIN NAME]

This will prompt you to login. Enter your domain administrator username and password and click Login. If you do not know your domain administrator username or password contact Degnan, Co. and we will reset it for you.

Move your mouse over the Domain Settings menu at the top of the page and select Domain Spam Filtering.

Click Override spam settings for this domain.

Click on Trusted Senders:

Add email addresses to your list with only ONE ADDRESS per line. This will bypass all filters and deliver the mail directly to your inbox. When finished click Save:

Make sure that you take further steps under ACTIONS to add additional spam filtering to your site. Bypassing the default settings will turn off all filtering unless you specify additional settings under the ACTIONS tab.
