Q: How do I reset my email password?
To reset your email password you simply need to go to:
http://webmail.[YOUR DOMAIN NAME]
This will prompt you to login. Enter your domain administrator username and password and click Login. If you do not know your domain administrator username or password contact Degnan, Co. and we will reset it for you.
Move your mouse over the Domain Settings menu at the top of the page and select Email Users.
You will then be presented with a list of the users in your domain. Click the Icon next to the user whose password you want to change.
Now simply enter a new password and click the Save link above the form. The users password is now reset.
