Smartermail: Domain Alias

Q: How do I add a domain Alias?

Log on to your domain at:

http://webmail.[YOUR DOMAIN NAME]

This will prompt you to login. Enter your domain administrator username and password and click Login. If you do not know your domain administrator username or password contact Degnan, Co. and we will reset it for you.

Move your mouse over the Domain Settings menu at the top of the page and select Domain Alias.

Click Add Domain Alias and enter in your alias site.

Click on Save when finished:

It is a good idea to make sure that your MX records are correct before entering in this information. To check your records go to: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/. This will tell you if your DNS records are properly pointing to the correct domain. If you should have any questions about your MX record please free to enter an EMAIL support request.
